The work was completed in one day. The tech came in the morning and started working as soon as he arrived. He did not reuse and did a proper installation. Explain prior to completion how to use the remote, how the door functions, etc. He did not leave until he cleaned the door and made sure there was nothing left behind him.

I needed a garage door opener that wasn’t working and needed a replacement. Response from Fix Garage Doors CA was the same day (within hours). Called them and they provided a quote for installation and discussed options for the garage door opener. Very informative. When the technician came to replace the opener he said that there was no issue with the old one. I didn’t realize I had “locked out” the garage door from being able to use the clicker. I wanted it changed anyway because it was too old. Very considerate to let me know I didn’t have to. Did an amazing job, brought the product with him, quick installation, cleaned up the space when done and took the old one away for disposal.
